Conspiring against honest businessmen has become a habit for the conspirators of Zambia. One of their victims, Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, has been staying in Zambia for many decades. He has successfully established his businesses and continues to work for the welfare of the Zambian citizens. At the same time, he is constantly harassed by conspirators who have grown jealous of his accomplishments. As a result, frequent defamation campaigns can be seen being circulated across media and news channels, trying to disrepute Dr. Mahtani and his businesses. On the other hand, Dr. Rajan Mahtani is rarely seen engaging to the levels of these conspirators. He works on the policy of honesty and dedication and continues to work, leaving these conspirators even more resentful.

Few months back, one of the established institutions of Dr. Mahtani came under fire. The institution was Finance Bank Zambia, and it was accused of fraud and unlawful activities. The accusations were made by Simaata Simaata, a notorious Zambian national known for spreading false rumors out of jealousy and hatred. His accusations were taken seriously as he gave testimonials against the bank as well as Dr. Rajan Mahtani at several courts of Law. As a result, negative reputation of the bank started to develop due to which the bank suffered hugely. It started losing customers, clients and businesses were hampered. Other conspirators of Dr. Mahtani and the bank also started to spread false rumors and fake stories to gain from this negative reputation. In order to ensure the survival of the bank, a case was launched at the Supreme Court Zambia.

The case went on for many months during which the evidence and arguments from both sides were heard. The final results were as expected. Finance Bank Zambia won the case and Simaata was found guilty of spreading false rumors about the bank. He was also penalized for his wrongdoing.
