Zambezi Portland Cement Factory Roars- 2015

The Zambezi Portland Cement Factory has finally broken all records in terms of performance in Africa for the year 2014. According to top verified reports, ZPC has successfully produced 4, 73, 985 tonnes of cement. The output has surpassed the estimated production by 1, 00, 000 tonnes.

The installed production capacity of ZPC was computed as 3, 60, 000 annually and 1, 000 tonnes on per day basis. However, this benchmark was left far behind when ZPC was given the responsibility to meet the cement requirement for the Ndola Housing Project. A total of 71 houses was built using ZPC cement and for meeting this mammoth requirement, ZPC had to deliver a prolific performance.

Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, the owner of ZPC is extremely pleased with the present state of affairs and believes that Masaiti has a lot of scope for the development projects. Dr. Mahtani has promised Masaiti for a new lime plant which is going to offer additional employment to 150 people in Africa.

From the performance report of the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory and with the determination of Dr. Mahtani, it is becoming obvious that they have big plans for Masaiti and the rest of the Africa. Though, ZPC stays aloof from the limelight, this time around it has shown a strong character.

Masaiti will host development plans for Mahtani Group of Companies- 2015

The Mahtani Group of Companies have made Masaiti their new home for implementing development plans. As per recent conferences, it has been hinted that most of the projects under the Mahtani Group of Companies will be initiated in Masaiti and a prominent example of this intend is being highlighted from the development of a new ‘block-making factory’ established in Masaiti.

Rajan Mahtani and Zambia

The other development plans in Masaiti include opening a lime plant in the span of the next 24 months and offering employment to the locals. The sudden focus has arisen out of the success of the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory in 2014.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani & Zambezi Portland Cement Factory- 2015

The Zambezi Portland Cement Factory has been an inspiration for Dr. Rajan Mahtani. The factory has achieved new milestones in the recent past and continues to deliver excellence in the realm of construction materials. The total output of the Portland Cement Factory Zambia for the year 2014 was 4, 73, 985 tonnes, which included a surplus of 1, 00, 000 tonnes.

The surplus production of ZPC was specifically made with an intent to facilitate one of the most important housing development projects in Africa- the Ndola Housing project. The project involved building 71 houses for the people who were displaced earlier. The contribution has made it possible for the Ndola housing project to complete the task at the earliest and offer shelter to the sufferers.

The Zambezi Portland Cement factory has been certified by the Zambian Bureau of Standards (ZABS) with a ZS ISO 9001:2008 certification that guarantees quality compliances during production. This is perhaps one of the biggest reasons that people choose ZPC over other cement factories in Africa. Going back in history, ZPC is the same factory which had deceased the monopoly of Lafarge in Africa.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani is extremely pleased and motivated with this performance and has confirmed his continued support to various developing countries in Africa. Recently, he promised to build a fresh lime pant for Masaiti which will create an additional employment of 150 people.

Finance Bank and Dr. Rajan Mahtani came back to Malawi with dignity

Since the re-opening of Finance Bank in Malawi, there have been numerous occasions where it is said that Dr. Rajan Mahtani has bribed officials and the ex-President to find his way back in Malawi. However, every argument in support of the claim is as weak as the morals of the conspirators. The meetings that took place in connection to reopening of Finance Bank in Malawi is open to verification and is void of any action that could have registered a case of bribery or influence.

Conspiracies against Dr. Mahtani started to grow from the day he was handed over the seat of Chairman of Finance Bank Zambia. They are the same conspirators who have remained confined to their motive of defaming Dr. Rajan Mahtani by funding various news portals and hiring writers with good manipulation skills.

Overlooking the prolific performance by Finance Bank in the past few years, the conspirators have failed to realize that figures and statistics have much bigger impact on the public than their fake arguments. Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi, welcomed Finance Bank because of its impressive performance and growing market. The claim of Dr. Mahtani bribing Joyce Banda, former President of Malawi, is nothing more than a desperate attempt towards injuring the reputation of the business tycoon Dr. Mahtani.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani triumphs in Malawi, but trapped in conspiracy- 2015

The past few months have been tough for Dr. Rajan Mahtani, Chairman of Finance Bank Zambia. These months have not only given his bank a new home, Malawi, but has also attracted the attention of conspirators who are making desperate attempts to defame him and his hard work. With the grand opening of Finance Bank in the capital city of Malawi, Lilongwe, Dr. Rajan Mahtani has looked determined as ever with his development plans. However, there was one conspiracy that made his celebrations short-lived.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani

An article from one of the ‘well-funded’ news portals highlighted that Dr. Mahtani had bribed the former President of Malawi, Joyce Banda, for regaining the access in Malawi’s banking sector. The argument is poorly supported by a claim where Dr. Mahtani has promised Joyce Banda benefits of US $ 150 million in a bio thermal plant and a US $ 30 million loan towards fuelling the proposed project. Nevertheless, the fabricated comments have failed to realize that bribery takes place when a person is given personal benefits. Offering a bio thermal plant means development of a nation and increase in number of employment for the locals.

So the question that now remains to be answered is whether the conspirators have lost track of Dr. Mahtani’s events or are they exposing their desperation to get into the spotlight? Irrespective of the reason, Dr. Mahtani will always remain as one of the most successful and respected businessman in Zambia.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani, courageous as ever

Dr. Rajan MahtaniOn 20th January 2015, Zambia is going to witness an important event when the results of the presidential elections will be announced. The entire future of the Zambian nation is heavily dependent on the outcome as the entire control over the economic and developmental factors rests on the hands of the president. Even in the middle of these political developments, the ill-famed Zambia reports have yet again made some stark remarks about Dr. Rajan Mahtani, the current chairman of the Finance Bank of Zambia. The published article claims that Dr. Mahtani is fearful of the current presidential election because if the party he is supporting loses, he might suffer severe provisions in tax evasion. Needless to say, the above allegation was an absolutely failed attempt to insult Dr. Rajan Mahtani.

These attempts to defame Dr. Mahtani are not new, as the previous year also saw numerous stories without any base or facts which were published with the objective of convicting Dr. Mahtani of illegal operations and tax evasions. However, without the presence of any viable or authentic source as well as without any proper validation, all the above claims turned out to be false.

While it is quite visible that Zambia reports have taken an oath to create unwanted troubles by attempting to defame Dr. Mahtani, it can be said that these acts have backfired and Zambia Reports are no longer trusted among the citizens as well as foreign businesses. What more, there is also a case listed against Zambia Reports in the Lusaka High Court. Dr. Rajan Mahtani’s honesty and unbiased approach has survived numerous ruling parties in Zambia and it can be very well presumed that he will continue to thrive and grow with support of the Zambian nationals and his strong Biblical Principles.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani and the 2015 Election Results

Dr. MahtaniZambia is going to witness an important event on 20th January 2015 as the results of the on-going elections are scheduled on this very particular date. However, some conspirator’s group again went down to their usual shameful activities when targeted Dr. Rajan Mahtani who is the present chairman of the Finance Bank of Zambia. An article circulated in the portal of  the notorious ‘Zambia Reports’  claimed that Dr. Mahtani is in a fearful state as the results of the election can be disastrous for the empire the Mahtani is currently holding. But the truth is, Dr. Mahtani has nothing to fear as he is completely indifferent to the results of the election, as any honest and completely biased person would be. Also, it can be noted that the latest news is similar to other past news that were framed to denigrate Dr. Rajan Mahtani.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani has been successfully running the FBZ for last 20 years and with the current growth and development seen, it can be easily said that the steak will continue for a long time to come. During this tenure, Zambia has been through various polls, elections and changes. Nevertheless, FBZ has remainedunwither and it still one of the opex banks in Zambia with its operations helping Finance government and locals. It is common that some conspirators with ill-objectives are always trying to spread rumours for creating panic among Mahtani supporters as well as investors.

Dr. Mahtani has remained an honest businessman throughout his life and will continue to do so.  His prime interests include developing his company as well as Zambia. As such, Dr. Mahtani is least bothered about the election as well as political affairs to come and dedicate his time and effort to strengthen Zambia’s economy.

The life of Dr. Mahtani is based on following the biblical principles and he has remained faithful towards his principle as always. Dr. Rajan Mahtani will be indifferent towards any outcome of the election as his job is to help the poor and strengthen the economy of Zambia.

Finance Bank Zambia ready for the Lusaka Stock Exchange

The Finance of Zambia is all set to start a new phase of business and this time its business area is not banking, but stock trading. Recently converted in a public limited company, this organization is now set to start its first ever stock trading operations on the Lusaka Stock Exchange. The Chairperson of FBZ, Dr. Rajan Mahtani is handling all the arrangements with precision so as to ensure that all the compliances under Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) are duly met. Here is one of his speech in such regard:

Dr. Mahtani

Dr. Mahtani looks determined as ever with his plan to enhance the productivity of his bank. Recently, his bank has also started re-operating in Malawi, a neighbouring country of Zambia. With so much in anticipation, Zambia looks ready to welcome a positive change in their economy very soon.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani confident of FBZ

The Finance Bank of Zambia has gone from strength to strength in the past 20 years. It has not only managed to attain the position of a perennial source of finance in Zambia, but has also offered numerous employment opportunities to the locals. The most recent development for FBZ has come in the form of its enlistment on the Lusaka Stock Exchange (LuSE). As per confirmed reports, FBZ will start its share trading operations by the April 2015.

Finance Bank of ZambiaThe Finance Bank of Zambia was earlier a private company. In September 2014, the same was converted into a public limited company whereby it became eligible to trade on the stock exchange. The motive behind this step is to float 25% of the shares of FBZ in the market with an intent to raise USD $250 million. The pioneer of this development, Dr. Rajan Mahtani, has worked very hard to bring a radical change in the banking sector of Zambia.

In a press conference arranged in November 2014, Dr. Mahtani hinted that his bank was looking for a dual listing mechanism whereby FBZ would be entitled to operate simultaneously on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. The journey of FBZ has been full of ups and downs. It has not seen an appreciation in its value, but has also encountered various allegations in its name which included defamation on account of money laundering and illegal operation. However, it has never demotivated Dr. Rajan Mahtani to hinder his dedication.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani celebrates New Year 2015

***UPDATE***

On June 02 2015, Dr. Rajan Mahtani was arrested through a conspiracy where involvement of the minority shareholders of the ZPC and some government officials is being doubted. However, on June 25 2015, the Lusaka High Court gave Dr. Mahtani the permission to go for a judicial review. The arrest was made on account of an old case which took place in 2012 and it was being claimed by the minority shareholders that Dr. Mahtani had forged signatures to have the ownership of the ZPC transferred to Finsbury Investments.
