The Mahtani Group of Companies have made Masaiti their new home for implementing development plans. As per recent conferences, it has been hinted that most of the projects under the Mahtani Group of Companies will be initiated in Masaiti and a prominent example of this intend is being highlighted from the development of a new ‘block-making factory’ established in Masaiti.

The other development plans in Masaiti include opening a lime plant in the span of the next 24 months and offering employment to the locals. The sudden focus has arisen out of the success of the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory in 2014.
