Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani is a noted businessman in Zambia. He has built his empire not only in Zambia but also across developed countries like United Kingdom. This has created a string of conspirators who are jealous of him. These conspirators have been trying to defame him and ruin his reputation for many years. These are basically thieves & mafias who will stop at nothing to see Dr. Rajan Mahtani’s empire fall. Unlike these conspirators, Dr. Mahtani has never used any illegal resource or method to fulfil his wishes.

Truth came out eventually when the top-notch court of Zambia, the Supreme Court, stated its verdict in favour of Dr. Rajan Mahtani & Finance Bank. The case was filed by FBZ against Simaata Simaata for breaching a contractual agreement signed by the two parties previously. Simaata not only breached many clauses from the settled agreement, but also used illegal methods to settle court case in his direction when Dr. Mahtani & FBZ initially filed a case against him at the high court. As per the verdict of the Supreme Court, Simaata broke the agreement clause by testifying against Dr. Mahtani across various courts and at several occasions. Not only this, Simaata also published various parts of his sensitive statements to newspapers, clearly violating the terms of the agreement for which he was paid handsomely. As a result, the Supreme Court’s final verdict was that Simaata was indeed guilty of breaching agreement and also awarded penalty for his wrongdoing.

It is true that habits die hard. Conspirators have a habit of creating nuisances out of jealousy and hatred. These conspirators also tried to ruin Dr. Mahtani’s reputation by associating with dirty news portals such as Zambia Reports. Zambia Reports was successful in creating confusion and chaos in the past. But people have already started knowing the truth and the latest verdict was the latest nail in the coffin for these conspirators.
