The case is over ten years of age. At some point back, the current judge living the case reported conclusion of case hearing and the two gatherings were requested to share their confirmations in composed and oral configuration. Subsequent to assessing these confirmations, the judgment should be given. According to specialists’ recommendation and the confirmations, Dr. Mahtani was an unmistakable victor. Be that as it may, things took a pivot when the judge gave the judgment against Dr. Mahtani. This was an immense blow for Dr. Mahtani as the majority of the confirmations were solid and upheld his case. In the meantime, the other party was not able give any confirmations to help their contention. For example, Dr. Rajan Mahtani’s attorneys delivered solid confirmations, for example, signed shareholder’s agreement, testimonials from people critical for the situation, various money related displays and also independent review report directed by an autonomous examiner. Every one of these confirmations was supportive of Dr. Mahtani.

After the announcement of the final verdict, Dr. Mahtani took another step to ensure that all is not lost. An appeal was made at the ‘Higher Court of Appeal’ against the judgment made at the Lusaka High Court, submitting all evidences and documents and requesting revoking the HC judgment.
